    💼 How We Work (Our Policies)

      • Independent Operator: A single driver completes all services.
      • Notice for Passenger Rides: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all local rides and taxi services to ensure the vehicle is deeply cleaned and prepped after making deliveries.
      • Grocery Policy: We only deliver pre-ordered, fully sealed grocery items. We do not deliver any meat products.
      • Trailer Weight Limit: Our 8×5 tilt trailer has a strict weight limit of 1,000 lbs for all load types. This includes lumber, trash, lawnmowers, and general equipment.
      • Large Shipments & Upgrades: For deliveries or transport requiring more space or higher weight capacities, we can rent U-Haul vehicles, dollies, and larger trailers as needed.
      • Loading Policy: For trailer loads or large items, customers must provide their own labor to help load and unload.
      • Stairs Policy: We cannot transport furniture or heavy items up or down stairs. All pickups and deliveries must be ground-level or accessible via a ramp.
      • Hazardous Materials: For safety and legal compliance, we do not transport hazardous materials, chemicals, explosives, or illegal items under any circumstances.

          • Flexible Payment Timelines: Payment schedules depend entirely on the type of service requested. We will finalize your specific structure (upfront, half upfront, or due upon delivery) during our Zoom consultation.
          • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require a $50 fee, due immediately upon cancellation.
          • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, and major Debit or Credit cards processed securely through PayPal.
